###
Live-Link™ System
Studio
Technologies and Joseph Fiber Solutions (a division of
Joseph Electronics) are introducing a low-cost Live Shot
over Fiber solution called Live-Link. Designed to meet
the demands of a wide range of field requirements, the
system transports digital and analog video, along with
on-air audio, party-line intercom and IFB.
Studio
Technologies contributed its skills in creating the
analog and power supply circuitry. The fiber transport
utilizes modules from leading broadcast suppliers,
packaged into the compact enclosure by Studio
Technologies.
Originally
developed as an infrastructure solution for airports,
stadiums, and arenas, Live-Link will also handle
day-to-day news remote interfacing with ease, offering a
cost-effective solution to television stations and
networks for HD, SDI or NTSC interfacing of their news
camera crews with the station or truck. Live demos will
be taking place at the show.
